Article 18 Additional Roles and Responsibilities of the Commission

18.1    In addition to the roles and responsibilities described in Article 20.5 of the Code for National Anti-Doping Organisations, The Commission shall report to WADA on the Commission’s compliance with the Code and International Standards in accordance with Article 24.1.1 of the Code.

18.2     The Commission shall not delegate any aspect of Doping Control (including, without limitation, Testing and Results Management) to a Delegated Third Party where such delegation could reasonably lead to a potential or actual conflict of interest; moreover, due to the potential conflict of interest, the Commission shall not delegate any aspect of Doping Control (including, without limitation, Testing and Results Management) to a National Sporting Organisation, or any other national sports governing body or other national sports organisation.
