Article 12    Sanctions Against Other Sporting Bodies

Where any National Sporting Organisation fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with any direction or request made by the Commission under these Rules, or with Article 5.8.2 or 5.8.3, the Commission may report such failure to the Chief Executive Officer of Sport New Zealand.
